I don’t just swap vanities—I make the install look intentional, sit solid, and function like it belongs there. Every bathroom vanity replacement includes:
🔵 ✓ Level, Plumb, Solid Set – Shim/level the cabinet, plumb the face, and anchor it so it doesn’t rock or “walk” over time
🔵 ✓ Wall & Floor Protection – Drop cloths, corner protection, and careful removal so paint, flooring, and baseboards don’t get chewed up
🔵 ✓ Vanity-to-Wall Seam Finish – Clean caulk line where it matters (back/sides as applicable) for a crisp, moisture-resistant edge
🔵 ✓ Door/Drawer Tune-Up – Adjust hinges, align reveals, and set drawer faces so everything closes clean and looks square
🔵 ✓ Plumbing Access Check (No In-Wall Work) – Confirm shutoffs are reachable and supply/drain connections aren’t under strain or rubbing after the cabinet is set
🔵 ✓ Final Detail Clean & Punch List – Wipe-down, hardware check, and a quick “look-from-the-doorway” inspection so it photographs and shows well
