• Flat compliance fee: +$475–$1,250 per project for setup, containment, disposal, HEPA cleanup, and verification

🔹 Lead-Safe Paint Stabilization (Heavy Prep / Failure Areas)

For widespread peeling, failing coatings, or areas needing scraping and feathering:

• Base repaint rate + $1.75–$3.50/sq ft on disturbed areas

• Higher mobilization/containment fee: +$1,250–$3,500 (more plastic, masking, HEPA cleanup, disposal, verification)

• Power washing / soft washing (unless included)

• Lead abatement / hazard elimination (RRP only ensures lead-safe practices, not abatement)

• Wood rot repair, siding replacement, carpentry beyond minor patch/fill

• Stucco/masonry crack repair beyond minor patching

• Full or heavy paint removal, unless heavy prep is purchased

• Full window/door re-glazing or complete re-caulk

• Rust remediation or metal restoration beyond light spot priming

• Decks, fences, pergolas (unless listed)

• Gutters, downspouts, roofs, concrete/driveways (unless listed)

• Extra coats for color changes, specialty coatings, elastomeric systems (unless specified)

• Permit/HOA fees, access issues, moving large obstacles, or lift/scaffold rental (unless noted)

• Any work not explicitly listed in the scope must be added via written change order
